What your result means
This uses the published PhenoAge formula (Levine et al., 2018) to estimate a "biological age" from how your blood markers compare to population norms at each age. If your PhenoAge is lower than your chronological age, your measured markers look younger than average for your age group โ and vice versa. This is a research-derived estimate from routine bloodwork, not a diagnosis; discuss any individual marker that is outside its normal range with a doctor.
