What you need: your current/goal weight, and your TDEE result from the calorie calculator.

Weight Loss Program Calculator

Calculate your daily calorie needs on the TDEE calculator first — this program uses that maintenance calorie number. Go to TDEE calculator

How to use this calculator

Enter your current and goal weight, sex, and your TDEE (maintenance calories) from the TDEE calculator. You can optionally set a target weekly loss rate — otherwise a safe maximum is used automatically.

What your result means

You get a weekly loss rate capped between 0.25-1.0 kg/week (faster is not safer), a daily calorie target that never drops below a hard safety floor (1200 kcal for women / 1500 kcal for men — if your goal would require going lower, the plan recalculates a slower, safer rate instead), a projected number of weeks to reach your goal, and 4-week milestone checkpoints to track against.

What people say

"The safety floor on calories is what sold me — it wouldn't let me crash-diet even if I tried."

— Elena V.

"The 4-week milestones kept me motivated way more than a single end date."

— Daniel P.
