Culinaria was born from the De Gustibus association which had created a network of small organic and biodynamic producers, selected over the years following the criterion of participatory guarantee, with whom, still today, it collaborates both for the supply of products for the bistro and for the organization of food and wine tours. Many of these producers, with their families, are today friends rather than customers!
We are inspired by the small family shop, where mother teaches us to set the table and keep the kitchen tidy; Father brings us selected, fresh seasonal products, and we children make sure the room is ready, the guests satisfied and the cellar stocked.
We transform the raw material and bring our experience to the table, we are artisans in the kitchen.
