At KLM Health Services we specialise in good health at work and while travelling. We are the health specialists for travellers and we offer a complete package of high-quality services focused on prevention. We provide advice, vaccinations, medical examinations and we also offer bespoke safety training. What’s more, we do so for everyone; not just for KLM passengers and employees.

24/7 care, anywhere in the world

KLM Health Services is headquartered at Schiphol Oost and we have separate locations in The Hague and Schiphol Centrum. Our healthcare professionals are also active on location. They provide in-company training courses, to which end we have a mobile examinations and vaccinations trailer. And thanks to our global network of doctors, we can offer support to companies with travelling employees and to private individuals in need of on-the-spot help.

History

KLM Health Services is a subsidiary of KLM NV and, since 1995, has operated as an independent organisation in the area of work, travel and health. Our subsidiary, Airport Medical Services, provides medical (ambulance) support in the event of emergencies and front-line healthcare at Schiphol Airport. Airport Medical Services has a fully-fledged pharmacy at its disposal, where medication can be picked up immediately. Airport Medical Services also plays an advisory role during pandemics and outbreaks of infectious diseases.

KLM Health Services and Airport Medical Services are certified according to standards: ISO 9001, ISO 27001, NEN 7510 and HKZ (Ambulance care, Public Pharmacies and Public Healthcare). Also, KLM Health Services is a certified occupational health service.
